The district launches a new hiring stream
VICTORIA, TX – Over the past few months, Victoria ISD’s Talent Acquisition, Support and Retention (TASR) office has transitioned to a new application and employment platform, TalentEd (Unified Talent) from PowerSchool. TalentEd Hire – Tracking candidates is the last component of TalentEd (Unified Talent).
TalentEd Hire – Candidate tracking will be available on October 18
From Monday, October 18, it will be launched on the VISD job link, making it easier than ever to find your OccuPassion. TalentEd Hire – Candidate Tracking will streamline all processes related to hiring, including application, interviewing, and hiring of potential VISD candidates. VISD anticipates that the process will be much faster and more convenient.
TalentEd Hire – Candidate Tracking allows potential candidates to create a user profile. Thanks to the user profile, candidates can apply for one or more positions within VISD quickly and efficiently. TASR, candidates and hiring managers will now be able to communicate via this new platform. It will also ensure the submission of complete files, which can then be processed immediately. TalentEd Hire – Tracking candidates improves data accuracy. It also creates digital personal files, which eliminate the physical constraints of filing and storing.
Applicants can transfer application data between districts and receive instant communication updates. They can also stay informed about new positions by signing up for district job alerts. Hiring managers and directors will have access to application materials from any location. They will have the option to schedule interviews en masse, which will save them time in the hiring process. Once selected and recommended for a position, the onboarding process is also done via the TalentEd platform.
